Wake up call

I woke up this morning and realized I had missed the deadline for the Purple Onion Designs design team search. I was disappointed, not because I thought I would be selected, but because now I will just never know. But then I took a look at two of the people (here and here) who have already made the team and I feel much better. They are two terrifically talented artists, and my regret is totally assuaged by the fact that I didn't stand a chance against them. Guess I need to put my efforts and time into more creativity and actual producing and less time thinking about what I could be.
